Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, though many ship sooner. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We hope to expand in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After that window we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Products & Sizing
How do your shirts fit?
Our designs are printed on Comfort Colors 1717, a relaxed fit unisex tee. For a true to size fit, order your usual size. For an oversized look, go up two sizes.
Where can I find the size chart?

Will my print crack or peel?
With proper care your Holy Roma print will stay vibrant and looking great wash after wash.
How do I care for my Holy Roma items?
To keep your print looking its best on apparel:
- Wash inside out in cold or warm water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Skip the fabric softener
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
- Never iron directly over the design
Custom Orders
I don't see my dog's breed - can you make it?
We'd love to canonize your saint. Reach out to us and tell us about your dog. We're always working on new breeds and designs.
Can I request a fully custom design?
At this time we are not doing fully custom single designs. We hope to change this soon.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at hello@holyroma.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
