Refund policy
We pour love into every order we send out and we want every saint's mom and dad to be happy with their purchase. That said, we're a small business and these policies help us keep the lights on and the transfers pressing.
To request a return or exchange, contact us at hello@holyroma.com with your order number. If approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
If you need a different size or changed your mind, you may return the item at your own shipping expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all cases, unless otherwise agreed due to errors on our part. We do not provide return shipping labels.
If you receive a refund for a change of mind or sizing issue, the refund will be for the items returned minus the original shipping charges you paid. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a return or exchange is approved, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach us at hello@holyroma.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately. The item needs to be in original unworn condition with tags at the customer's shipping expense. Contact us first for authorization before sending anything back.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be replaced or refunded.
Lost packages If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. We are unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@holyroma.com.
